I have lived at Bennington Heights apartments for over a year. At the time, I was making a major life transition, moving out of a home with my husband of 15 years. The staff at BH was super helpful and really did make it a seamless transition for me. I toured several apartment complexes, but their friendly demeanor and thorough customer service sold me on BH. The maintenance crew is prompt, and overall it's just been a really great living experience.

The gym and laundry are a nice size. My move in process went really smooth.

I’ve been here for a year, I love it. I feel safe in my neighborhood, and lots of near by conveniences including some in walking distance. I will have no problem extending my lease and living here longer.

Really pleased with the friendly atmosphere. The leasing staff answered all of our questions and even told us about the school district. Been here for about 6 months and anytime we go into the club house we feel welcomed. Maintenance came and fixed a leak speedily. Definitely feel very comfortable and happy here. You can tell they really care about you and your family and want your stay to be the best it can.
