We have a pass or fail system through our third-party screening company that links with our property management software. There are times where we will accept conditional approval. Yes, but you must sign a lease agreement with a guarantor if you do not meet the monthly income requirement. Guarantors are required to make 5 times the monthly rental amount at Bennington Heights. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
Once someone applies, expect 1-5 business days on the approval of the rental application.
We offer 6-to-14-month lease terms. Your leasing professional can go over the available lease terms.
This information is covered in the lease agreement. Per the lease, we require a 60-day notice to vacate in writing. The termination fee is 2x the monthly rent. This amount is due 5 days after you submit your notice to vacate. Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for your rental payments and utilities until the 60 days is up. The resident is responsible for electricity, gas (if applicable) and internet/cable on their own. Electricity is through Ameren, gas is through Spire, and your internet provider will be AT&T or Spectrum. We will need your Ameren and Spire (if applicable) account numbers before moving in.
We have general, free parking throughout the community. The covered parking spaces are reserved spaces and lease for $30 per month.
Yes, we allow pets with breed restrictions. We do only allow 2 pets per apartment unless authorized in writing. Once someone applies, we use a third-party pet screening company for details on your animal. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250. There is monthly pet rent of $25 per pet each month.
Yes, we have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom model apartment to view. We also prefer to show prospects the actual unit they're interested in, if it's available for showing. Please contact our leasing team to set up an in-person tour.
Yes, we can do virtual tours at the property. It is easier to schedule an in-person tour with our leasing team. We also have photos and floor plans on our website.
Yes, we are conveniently located close to many shopping and dining establishments. Just a short drive down Bennington Place you will find a Walgreens, Schnucks, multiple gas stations, a Chick-fil-A (under construction) and other restaurants/dining. We are also close to West County Mall and Mid Rivers Mall.
